Need help? Read this first!

If you're reading this, you probably need help with getting in game, or fixing a problem.
BEFORE you post a help thread, please go through this checklist!

Do you have the custom files installed?
If not, you can obtain them here!

Do you have loopback adapter disabled?
If not, you can do this by selecting "Control Panel," then going to "Network and Internet," then "Network and Sharing Center," then "Change adapter settings," then disabling all Loopback adapter connections.

Do you have a antivirus that is blocking the client?
If so, you need to add an exception to your firewall. You can find instructions for doing so on your security provider.

Do you have a virus?
Do a virus scan before making a thread!

Is the server temporarily down?
Are there server updates or upgrades happening? Check with our
Facebook or our Twitter!
